How to use the new Why Not? Coffee


You’ll probably have noticed that we changed a few things around the site.  Here’s the scoop:

One of the new features we’ve added to Why Not? Coffee is the categories side-bar.

Each post is now classified according to an organization system that we created while spro’d out (which is also a classification.)

The categories are as follows:

Coffee– The thing itself: what we’re brewing, how we’re brewing it, and what we’re brewing it with.

Dose– Discussions of the technique, theory and equipment of coffee preparation.

Grind– Thoughts on the daily realities of working behind an espresso bar.

Obsessive Quest– Rantings and ravings on the endless pursuit of perfect coffee.

Pressure– Reviews, previews and discussions of trade-shows, conventions and competitions.

Temperature– Musings on trends and directions in the industry at large.

Spro’d Out– Overcaffeinated miscellany.

We’ve also added our contact information (under the heading “Contact Us”) and some surprises that we’ll reveal more about in the weeks to come.
